Your satisfaction with your order is our top priority. If you are not pleased with your product for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of the unused, appropriate products or defective goods on condition that the required return conditions are followed and they are returned within the specified time limits.

Return Policy

Right of return within 15 days: You can return the products you wish within 15 days from the date you have received the order, by filling out the return form. In order for the products to be returned, they must comply with the return conditions.
The returned goods must include the package and the labels. Used goods cannot be returned as long as they are not defective.

Return Charges: The return charges should be taken by the customer. An e-mail will be sent to you when returned product reaches us.

Refunds: Refunds will be iniatiated only after receivng the return goods in good and unused condition.

 If the returned items comply with the return requirements, I will return the refunds within 2 business days.

Nikahnamas:
Nikahnamas (Marriage contract) cannot be returned unless there is a fault caused by me or you received it in a bad condition (video must be provided in this case). If the order you receive is defective of faulty and this is caused by me or the courier service, it can be reproduced or refunded with no charge at all.
